Note: All wines can be sweetened to taste following fermentation.

White Wines:

Chile Chardonnay: L/M/D

This medium-bodied aromatic Chardonnay is balanced and fresh with lively acidity. Bursting with hints of pineapple, melon and peach on the palate, this lightly oaked dry white wine has delicate hints of pear on the finish.

South Africa Sauvignon Blanc: U/M/D

This medium-bodied wine boasts aromas of apple, lemon, and kiwi on the nose and provides hints of lemon and herbaceous flavours on the palate. Grapefruit and passion fruit notes offer a zesty finish.

Italy Pinot Grigio: U/L/D

This light-bodied refreshing white wine opens with citrus, floral and pear notes. An excellent harmony of fruit and acid create a crisp finish that reveals hints of citrus and green apple.

Red Wines:

Australia Cabernet Sauvignon: M/F/D

This complex, full-bodied wine has a deep garnet colour with an appealing aroma of plump blackberries, sweet vanilla and fresh violets. Notes of blackberries, cherries and pepper spice grace the palate, enhanced with rich tannins extracted from the GenuWine Winery Grape Skins.

Australia Cabernet Shiraz: M/F/D

A full bodied, fruit forward blend that highlights all the best characteristics of the varieties it contains. The Cabernet Sauvignon brings cassis flavours and firm tannins, the Merlot softens with hints of plum and violets and the Cabernet Franc adds dark cherry notes. Toast and vanilla flavours from the American oak will create a balanced classic wine.

Australia Pinot Noir: M/M/D

Fermented on GenuWine Winery Crushed Grape skins, this medium-bodied red is bursting with flavours of ripe black cherries, red berry fruits and delicate spice notes on the palate. Layered aromas of strawberry, plum, and black cherry are superbly balanced with oak on the nose.

Chile Carmenere: M/F/D

Medium to full bodied, this wine will tempt you with cherries and strawberries on the nose followed through with dates and chocolate on the palate. Fermented on GenuWine Winery Grape Skins and toasted oak, this wine can be consumed relatively young, although will benefit with age.

Chile Malbec: M/M/D

Rich and luxurious, this garnet coloured wine has a brilliant bouquet of dark fruits with subtle hints of oak, vanilla and spices. The palate has strong plum and berry flavours balanced by moderate tannins provided by the GenuWine Winery Grape Skins and medium toast American oak chips.

Chile Merlot: M/M/D

This Merlot features a rich aromatic bouquet of fresh red cherries, toasted oak, and herbs. It is medium-to-full-bodied with expressive flavours o dark ripe plums, berries, and silky tannins.

Chile Syrah: M/F/D

Bold and assertive, the bouquet is vibrant with notes of blackcurrants, rich leather, and pepper spice laced with strong toasted oak. Fermentation on GenuWine Winery Grape Skins reveals bold overtones of dark chocolate, spice and an abundance of bold, chewy tannins.

Italy Amarone: M/F/D

This powerhouse wine is dark in colour and rich in flavour and aromas. The bouquet is spicy, with black cherry, tobacco, licorice and coffee notes in the glass. Big, round and flavourful on the palate with delicious dark fruit, leather, cassis and pepper notes gracefully provided by fermentation on GenuWine Winery Grape Skins.

Italy Rosso Grande Eccellente: M/F/D

This powerhouse wine is dark in colour and rich in flavour and aromas. The bouquet is spicy, with black cherry, tobacco, licorice and coffee notes in the glass. Big, round and flavourful on the palate with delicious dark fruit, leather, cassis and pepper notes gracefully provided by fermentation on GenuWine Winery Grape Skins.

Italy Super Tuscan: H/F/D

Full-bodied and dry, this classic Italian blend exudes aromatics of farm fresh raspberries supported by subtle hints of vanilla and earthy tones Fermentation on untoasted American oak shavings and GenuWine Winery Grape Skins adds intense tannins to round out the concentrated nose of blackberries and black pepper.

Italy Valpola: M/M/D

This wine boasts of a fruit forward nose distinguished by aromas of raisins, dark cherries and toasted oak. Drawing inspiration from the GenuWine Winery Grape Skins, it showcases firm tannins on the palate embraced by concentrated notes of sweet chocolate and prunes. The finish is dramatic, peppered with layers of dark fruit and aggressive oak.

Italy Zinfandel: M/F/D

A bouquet of black cherries and plump dark fruit are framed by the ample aromas of tobacco and dark coffee. Fermented on GenuWine Winery Grape Skins and French oak, this full-bodied dry wine is fruit forward, yet showcases an array of spicy flavours on the finish.

Spain Grenache Syrah: M/M/D

Gracefully blended together to create a bold wine with a nose brimming with spicy black pepper notes, dried dark fruit, earth and a hint of tobacco. Fermented on French oak, this wine is sure to impress with its elegant finish.

Winemaker's Trio: M/M/D

The Winemaker's Trio is the perfect blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Zinfandel fermented on GenuWine Winery Crushed Grape Skins. This new world style features an inviting blend of vanilla, red berries and black cherry on the nose and it combines the sweet flavours of rip raspberry, chocolate and cherry on the palate.
